Privacy policy
Pecherius is the professional portfolio of Pedro Zambrano. This notice explains what personal data this site collects, why, for how long and how to exercise your rights, in line with Chile's Law No. 19,628 on the Protection of Private Life and Law No. 21,719 on Personal Data Protection.

Data controller
The controller is Pedro Zambrano (Pecherius), an independent designer based in La Serena, Chile. Contact: info@pecherius.com.
What data is collected
Only what you provide in the contact form: name, email, company (optional), your project details and any files you attach. No sensitive data is collected and no profiles are built. Visit analytics (Vercel Analytics) are aggregated and anonymous, with no tracking cookies.
Purpose and legal basis
Your data is used only to reply to your message, prepare a proposal or quote and, if we work together, manage the project. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form, and the pre-contractual steps you request. It is never used for advertising or sold.
How long it is kept
For as long as the conversation or project lasts and up to 24 months after the last contact, in case you want to pick the work back up. After that it is deleted. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time.
Providers and transfers
The site relies on providers for hosting (Vercel), database and storage (Supabase) and email delivery (Resend). They process data on my behalf, with appropriate security measures, and may store it outside Chile (mainly in the United States). They do not use it for their own purposes.
Cookies and local storage
The site stores only your language and theme preference (light or dark) in your browser. There are no advertising or tracking cookies. If you block cookies, the site still works.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability and blocking at any time, and withdraw your consent, by writing to info@pecherius.com. I will reply within the legal deadlines. If you believe your rights were not respected, you can file a complaint with Chile's Personal Data Protection Agency.
Security
The site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access to the admin panel and providers with recognised security standards. No system is foolproof, but reasonable measures are taken to protect your information.
Changes to this notice
If this notice changes, the new version will be published here with its update date.
