Behind the project
2 min read
ServiGrúas Cheopala provides towing and roadside assistance in Santiago. Unlike a portfolio designed for leisurely browsing, this website serves a practical need: understand the service and quickly find a way to request help.
I worked on visual design, UX/UI and front-end development. The priority was to shorten the distance between information and action through a recognisable identity and a direct structure.
The first screen communicates the service, location and contact routes. Further down, the page explains assistance options, the request process and coverage.
Work photography adds context. A three-step sequence explains the information needed to coordinate a vehicle transfer, while WhatsApp and call links remain clear routes throughout the content.
Someone looking for roadside assistance may be using a phone. Message clarity and recognisable actions therefore matter as much as visual finish. Stacked sections and direct contact links organise the experience without requiring a full-page tour before getting in touch.
The project connects communication, interface design and front-end implementation. The complete mobile capture shows how services, process, gallery and contact belong to one journey.
ServiGrúas remains complementary work in the collection. Requests happen on the live website; this case does not submit forms or simulate service assistance.
